Which membership should I choose?

Choose Core for regular training and structured coaching across the timetable. Choose Performance if you also want to attend the weekly Study Lab for dedicated technical study, questions and feedback.

Do I need to choose just one discipline?

No. Both adult memberships include Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Kickboxing and Wrestling on the regular timetable. Choose classes appropriate to your experience and follow your coach’s guidance.

How often will I be charged?

Core is AU$100 every fortnight and Performance is AU$130 every fortnight, paid in advance. The weekly figures are equivalents to help you compare. Review the membership terms for commitment, pause and cancellation conditions.
