These terms apply to all memberships at Nexus Jiu-Jitsu & MMA.
All memberships are fixed-term commitments for the selected duration (3, 6 or 12 months).
All membership payments are strictly non-refundable. This includes direct debit and upfront (paid-in-full) memberships.
Direct debit memberships are billed according to the agreed schedule. Upfront memberships cover the full selected term at the time of purchase.
Any pause or hold request must be approved by Nexus management and may require notice or supporting documentation.
Members must follow gym rules and coaching instructions at all times.
