These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Nexus Jiu-Jitsu & MMA (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating, you agree to these terms.

Nexus offers program tracks including (but not limited to):

Core Membership
Performance Membership

2. Fixed-Term Commitment

All memberships are fixed-term commitments (3, 6, or 12 months).

Important: Choosing a term is a commitment for that term.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Memberships are non-refundable.

4. Conduct & Safety

Members must follow all safety instructions and academy standards.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

Combat sports involve physical contact and inherent risk.
